50. Frankly, I'd say the "shitty, offensive attitude about love and romance" connected with shipping Sakura and either one of the boys is the idea that one-sided stalkerish obsession (either Sakura's toward Sasuke or Naruto's toward Sakura) is or can lead to a healthy romantic relationship. Apparently in their world, no doesn't mean no, it means "ask me again five thousand times!" or something.

I think the stalkerish obsession is mostly supposed to be for comic relief, and the real problem is people who take it too seriously to begin with.

Even if it's for comic relief for us, it's still how they act in the series, which is the only thing to go off of. Even if it's in amusing/cute way that say, a guy is obsessing over you...he's still obsessing over you.

And I'm sorry some of, specifically Sakura's obsession (though I'm sure Naruto has his fair share, he's more built up for laughs), is in remarkably unfunny part (Unless we're suppose to lol all over when Sasuke's leaving the village, or when she thought Kakashi had killed him, or any of the other times she shows it in very serious situations)

You know what? I'm not even going to argue with you. If that's the standpoint you're coming from, then there's no point in trying to educate you about how actual real-world romance works.

Go ahead, try and pull a Sakura on a real-life human being. Have fun with your restraining order.

So...because I happen to enjoy a relationship in fiction, I obviously believe it's the standard for healthy relationships in real life and will try to emulate it?

I'd like to point out, if you are the secret maker (Or either way, since it's the secret in question) it specifically refers to "Shitty, offensive attitude....about love and relationships in general."

So the quality of the relationship was brought up specifically in what she was referring to. And if you think having a relationship based on such a heavy crush is EVER a good thing, you've never been in one. (That doesn't mean it CAN'T be done well, but it means it's a rocky place to start from)
