Apparently it's some kind of tactic to attempt to get higher search engine rankings. Most of the ones who follow me don't reblog me, or distinguish themselves in any way I would see as useful to a marketing strategy. They often have nonsensical and forgettable names. Some repost the same images repeatedly. Some of them act like they're soliciting for prostitution.

It's possibly criminal and definitely inept.
