I want the sandwich I talked about on a previous day's post. I bought the stuff to make it today, but by the time I got home (traffic was backed up due to a fender bender accident and rubber necking), a family member was already making dinner.

It is a grilled or baked chicken breast, provolone cheese, and Caesar salad (romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing), on a ciabatta roll. The only ciabatta rolls left at the grocery store were the onion and poppy seed. Hopefully it will still be good.
