Crossdressing (in both directions irl, but I read way more m/m crossdressing fic), as long as it's without feminization/humiliation. Can extend to makeup! And shoes, but as part of the crossdress ensemble, not at all into shoes/feet on their own.

Height differences, and things specifically about using different positions that either emphasize or compensate for it. Taller/larger characters bottoming, or at the very least switching. More switching in general, especially in long ongoing established relationships.

(fantasy only) Semi-public sex, especially other people hearing. Small enclosed spaces.
