Because Exhentai is a pain to get into, I went for Hitomi whenever something was on both Exhentai and Hitomi. Be warned that Adblock does not block Hitomi's obnoxious pop-up ads.

(Note: I have been unable to find this manga on any site that does not require an account. In order to get the cookie that allows you to read manga on Exhentai, you need to create an account on g.e-hentai, log into that account, and then go to Exhentai. If you go to Exhentai without having the cookie that allows you to read it, it gives you a different cookie that prevents you from getting the "allowed to read it" cookie no matter what you do. If you get the "never allowed to read it" cookie, the only way to read anything on Exhentai is to find and delete the "never allowed to read it" cookie, then afterwards go through all the steps to get the "allowed to read it" cookie. Supposedly, this whole rigmarole is meant to make it harder for people who are opposed to loli to figure out that there's a site affiliated with g.e-hentai that hosts loli.)

Just be careful about going to Exhentai to bookmark it if you don't already have an Ehentai account. I've had to battle the Sad Panda before (so called because if you have Exhentai's "never allow this person to look at Exhentai" cookie, attempting to go there will just show you a cartoon image of a crying panda.)
