You guys are all getting it wrong. It's that he talks really fast with a British accent AND uses extended similes to (literally and figuratively) illustrate his point.

Well, it's funny cause he points out everything that sucks about the games, and it's hilarious if it's a game you played as a kid, cause then you're like "Oh, I remember that! That annoyed me so much!" or "OMG that's so true!"

Or if it's a game you've never played, it makes you want to play it just to see how bad it is and laugh about it.

I find Yahtzee's reviews funny mainly because he has a particular writing style that I adore. I find the transcripts of his reviews alone to be hilarious. The fast-talking British-accented narrator and illustrations are just the icing on the cake for me.

But I'm also partially biased because he loves Psychonauts and Silent Hill as much as I do, and for that he earns a massive amount of respect points from me. :D

I think that's one of the issues I have with him, actually. I don't see the point of making videos if he's not going to show actual gameplay. He should stick to written reviews, in my opinion, especially since the narrator annoys me to no end.
