I think she was taken back by my extreme verbal reactions, such as, "Oh hell naw! What are you doing, get the fuck out of there! Azula's on the island, get on the trolley, you stupid idiots, get the fuck out!" and "Oh my GOD she can FLY, in gravity's FACE!" and "Holy shit, Mai just went there? Oh, she did! Mai gotta cutta bitch!" and "Aw, Ty Lee just burned you, Azula, you got burned like you just dishonored your family. Snap!"
I found part one a little bit draggy, but it was SUCH a fun episode. And I actually like Maiko (or just I liked Mai and Zuko, and find their dysfunctional relationship hilarious, and thus more entertaining than any traditional romance), so this made it even better.

Yeah, part I was just a long way to say "Sokka's dad is now on the island!" Almost... I almost thought they were going to leave Sokka behind =x
