nayrt- They're both ships involving a black-haired guy with glasses and a guy with white-ish hair (Draco's is pale blond; Victor's is grey). That's the only connection.

So if you do know both fandoms, the difference in characterization between both ships (Harry/Draco are rivals/enemies, Yuuri/Victor are student/mentor) is quite funny if one attempts to see art of Y/V as versions of Harry and Draco.
