Part of it is relative - how big is it compared to others in the area?

But like, if it's more than five or six bedrooms I guess? Oh, also if it sits on an estate. If it's on a street with a yard and looks like a typical suburban lane (if fancier) it's not going to seem super mansion-y to me.
