I get a feeling the Teen Wolf fandom and the Supergirl fandom aren't made up of the same people. Ones into femmslash the other's into ABO.

The Teen Wolf fan writes SOOOO much fanfic. Their output puts Stephen King to shame.

It is hard to make King feel ashamed, but he sees the Teen Wolf series stuff and he feels ashamed to be a writer, to be an American, and to even know what werewolves are. That is how shameful it makes even Stephen King feel.

Do I have turn in my Teen Wolf fan card if I also hate ABO? Cuz, I kinda still love Teen Wolf, but I've always hated ABO and wish there were less of it in fandom (and more actually canon-compliant and canon-ish fic).

Teen Wolf fandom was surprisingly lacking in creativity (of a certain sort). If Whatshisface Stiles had been Superman (ha!) then there would be crossovers all over the place, but the fandom had (has?) very narrow vision.

I don't care about TW anymore but damn was he fun as Superman. The smiling! Derek got to smile! And not get tortured or raped! It must have been so refreshing for the actor.

Sorry OP, but I left Teen Wolf fandom when Derek left the show.

More importantly, though, I despise superhero/plucky reporter pairings, and so many people wanted Stiles to be, like, male Lois Lane.
