What is this "good sleep" of which you speak? Stuffing my face helps, a bit, until I realize I've just stuffed my face. Oh god, that sounds pathetically childish.

A good, relaxing sleep? I've heard over the counter melatonin helps a lot with that. And a good meal would be nutritious too. Not because I'm some health food moralizer, lol. Lacking vitamins and nutrients can cause mental fog like states too. I get that way after eating junk food for a while without thinking, then fresh vegetables or fruit makes me feel better physically speaking.

You got me there. Everything is exhausting right now. Sometimes I am so tired I tune out in the middle of conversations.

You might want to have your iron levels checked. Iron deficency can be a pretty massive factor in making you tired and exhausted all the time.
