Pretty much. Like sure, considering I'm rarely talking about them in third person, avoiding pronouns altogether isn't to hard and if I have to adress it, I won't intentionally use one they don't want. But in my head, as soon as I read "he/him, they/them pronouns" I go "okay, chick, got it".
