your ideal home is a small little apartment above an old bookstore with a couple of cats in a tiny village where everyone is friendly and there is a nice independent coffeeshop nearby where you enjoy chatting and hanging out with everyone there, and ALSO free fiber broadband and wifi coverage everywhere.

I wouldn't be at-home in a small village, but the rest of it is pretty spot-on. I would totally want free fiber broadband EVERYWHERE.
