Ah, yes, the toxic masculinity of that group were exactly one in four characters is stereotypically masculine and two others have some pretty stereotypically feminine hobbies, they all constantly talk about feelings in their cutscenes, compliment each other on their photogenic appeal and totally flip when they see cute birdies. Very toxic.

Yes, well. Toxic masculinity just means owning a cisdick to some people.

I'm surprised I haven't seen more people complaining about the obvious male power fantasy inherent in this game. Fishing, photography, being a world class cook, and sharing your deepest feelings with your beautiful best boyfriends while on a road trip. As my friend Zarna Joshi would say disgusting!

Now, now, it's totally not gay. They have sexy ladies and female love interests, like Cindy, Iris and ... *glances at smudged writing on arm* Lourde.

Oh, I wasn't saying it's gay, just... That's hardly a male power fantasy.

But yes, Cindy and Iris and Arachne are all wonderful, and I genuinely would have prefered to play the game with them three doing a road trip instead. Not!Stella and chug a barrel of dicks, tho. She can stay home and continue to not affect the plot.
