Yeah, we literally had an entire bookcase of VHS tapes, and several of them were kids movies recorded specifically for me. I did not yet have a concept of 'adult' movies.

My family did the same thing. I had tapes of favorite TV shows, specials, movies...

Think most of them have been lost to time, sadly, since we moved so much and whatnot. Shame, it'd be so fun to go back and see just what all was on them.

We don't have any of that anymore but my parents still have trouble deleting things from the DVR. And somewhere I still have one or two of the dozens of old tapes.

Being an 80s/90s child, I remember the VHS collection well.

We had SO MANY. Not all of them properly labeled. We even had a separate machine to rewind them.
