I had really bad vertigo too as a kid (and still do). I remember going into the city for the first time with my dad and looking straight up at a skyscraper. I almost fell flat backwards on the ground, and couldn't understand what was happening to me.

I still have massive height issues even with my vertigo semi-treated. So skyscrapers and planes terrify me. Like, things that are really tall are scary when you already regularly feel like you are falling. Because that's a whole lot longer to fall.
