Congrats on the exercise! My goal is to average 10,000 a day and once I hit that goal, to start using a treadmill again--I came close to killing my roommate's treadmill that she never used, and then I stopped using it because I'm afraid I'll destroy it if I take it apart to do the recommended maintenance. My daily average after a bit over a month is 7,891, so I have a ways to go--I'm gonna have to exceed 10,000 steps a day for quite a while to bring my average up. Now if only I didn't eat like 4,000 calories a day, I might actually be semi-healthy. Oh well.
