"Beautiful" is being used as a noun here. Poets and songwriters who are trying to be deep indulge in this type of linguistic shenanigans sometimes. The goal is usually to change the emotional emphasis of the words, although in this specific case it probably also has to do with "your beautiful" sounding like "you're beautiful."
