13. The "ammoral" bit feels over the top to me, too, but I think what they might mean might be a stance of disliking what dubs do to artists'/creators' work. Dubbing has gotten a lot better in recent years than it used to be, but there's still "dumbing down" and editing out for certain series (see: 4Kids).

That said, I like (non-butchered) dubs, myself. If they're done as more or less a faithful translation and are produced for the right demographic, I really like hearing stuff in English and I feel like I actually "get" the story better. There are some series I watched in sub first that I didn't quite "get" until I watched the dub.

Still, though I really don't entirely agree with it, I can actually understand the "ammoral" argument, if it's from the stance of worrying that the creators' work is being "messed with." I cannot speak for the OP, but I'm thinking that might be what they were getting at with that line.
