He appeared on Next Gen, so it's not out of the realm of possibility; but Trek does have more of a reputation for harder science than Doctor Who.

He's guest VA'ed on Futurama... so stranger things have happened. Who knows, maybe he's a fan.

He's been on Big Bang Theory a couple of times so he's up for fun stuff

This is a sweet secret, OP. :)

Not to rain on your parade, but I'm not sure how bringing Stephen Hawking to a black hole would tell him anything at all about his theories about them? Basically all of his theories are things that you literally wouldn't be able to prove or disprove by looking at a black hole.

I never knew how badly I wanted this until now.

... wouldn't Hawking be pretty distracted by, well, everything that doesn't fit with current scientific laws and thinking in the Doctor Who Universe?

That would be a gazillionty times more hilarious and now I want it to happen.

LOL then Bill and Nardole have popcorn while the Doctor and Stephen Hawking argue about physics.

I'd love to see Stephen somehow end up in Davros' chair, too, however I know that's probably not possible because Stephen can't support his own body at all and wouldn't be able to "drive" the chair. (His caregivers take him place to place; his current chair has a joystick behind the headrest for steering.)

I like this secret and I like you, OP.
