And honestly, if we are busy I'm thrilled to work with clients, but if I've had two people all day and someone walks in it's irritating, for reasons I can't quite fathom beyond 'ughhhhh where were you three hours ago.'

I work retail and I know this feeling all too well. I don't mind it when it's a busy day and there are lots of customers, but if it's a slow day and someone walks in, my first thought is always "ugh go away." I don't even know why that is.
