Re: What do you dislike the most about your family?

At 37, I am still not an autonomous adult but an extension of my parents, as far as my extended family is concerned. Invitations to family events are not sent to the place I've been living the last 11 years, but to my parents, with whom I have not lived - even temporarily/part time - in over 15 years, and who live in another state a 6 hour drive away. Everyone depends on my mother, who is kind of flakey sometimes, to relay information to me and it never works.
