I would love to see a really nice yuri anime. I love yaoi and all, but I feel like I have an easier time finding decent yaoi than yuri.

I actually feel like there's more yuri out there, maybe because it can be marketed toward dudes more easily.. but I think we need more of both!

Uh, not at all. Checked mangaupdates and yaoi very nearly outnumbers yuri 10:1.
