OP, as others - I hope your family grows with you. We tend to be all trapped.

Not a fan of current Doctor Who but left a horrible home town because it made me realise I can just go. Never will be healthy, rich or have all the support but living there would have made me dead. I left, my mum also left and recently, her boyfriend did too (he still has issues from the place but does well).

Hopefully it happens to your family (not necessary leaving just ... opening up).
