It's cheesy but... Don't Go Breaking My Heart - Elton John & KiKi Dee. I realize they didn't really get along, but their voices compliment each other so well.

Also my favorite male duet is from The Prince of Egypt - Plagues. Good god what a powerful number. /musical nerd
