This is Inuyasha's love confession. His heart belongs to Kagome. He loves her more than anything. Kikyou has nothing to do with it.

There's also this from all the way back when they met Jinenji: "That's right. When did it happen that... it seems natural that Kagome being beside me... is my home." (The anime changed that line, it is only in the manga. Just one of the many differences between the anime and manga.)
