Honestly, I don't really like any of the "team member gets kidnapped and tortured" episodes. Not just because it's upsetting, but because it feels like lazy writing. It's basically the show taking turns on every cast member so I'm like oh, here we go again...

And I really like those storylines. Kind of goes along with my fanfic likes too. Hurt/comfort is a big favorite. I think the show does it well sometimes and not as well sometimes. I was a bit meh on Derek's final storyline. And the one with Prentiss was okay but not great. But I liked the JJ and Hotch ones.
