I've never actually seen it, but everyone who I've come into contact with it general consider's it a travesty to the comic.

Not so much a travesty as a...reinterpretation or alternate universe. Maybe a travesty too, I didn't see much of the comics before I saw the movie and started poking around for more.

Yeah most coming books fanboys I talked to were typical butt hurt comic book fanboysupset until Spiderman 3/Fantastic 4 silver surfer/whatever next movie caught their ire came out.

Fuck them all Emo!Parker's dance kicked ass.

Venom was pretty fucking awesome. Sandman's theme music cracked me up, but I wouldn't have given up anything for that dance.

When it got to the dance I wondered if I'd somehow wandered into the wrong movie.

The cooking scene (pretty much all parts with Harry) I was like "...what?"

Of course I was pretty lost when Peter Parker of EPIC SMARTS picked up Harry who's just been closed lined and could have had some major bad spine damage.

I'm pretty sure Parker's been a Skrull since around the middle of the first movie. When Iron Man's better at the snark than you are, a problem has formed.
