Iku *is* "going/coming" *is* orgasm. Just as it is in english. It's the same word. the pronunciation isn't different at all. but as usually, when a word changes meaning into a slang expression it tends to lose its Kanji, so you'll mostly see it written in Katakana (which works as ""), or hiragana.
You might encounter various ate-ji of it, because some people like to play with kanji.
