(Anonymous) 2017-01-25 01:25 am (UTC)(link)So, that wasn't good. Went upstairs and biked for about 10 minutes while listening to a West Wing Weekly and checked again about 40 minutes later and it was down to 150, so that's a little better.
But now it's "dinner" (lunch, for me) time and I'm feeling a little hungry but also anxious trying to figure out what I want to eat and what the best choices for my BS would be. I really hate this reality where it's like, "oh, food has passed my lips! Better go work put to keep my blood sugar in check!" Sometmes I just want to eat a meal and watch a movie without feeling like I'm screwing myself.

But I cooked up salmon and rice for tomorrow's dinner at least! :D
