I'd like to fly to Germany. What's stopping me? All the travel money available right now is booked up in a trip to Tasmania made before Mum found out Germany could have been feasible. It'll take at least a couple of years to put together enough to go, unless I win lotto.

Everything else is also basically money issues, though having a cat might be doable with Department of Housing aid - to have a cat I'd need to move house, and unless I win lotto, moving house would require convincing the Department to find us somewhere else to move to where we can have a cat.
