I quite honestly believe children are rude, selfish, annoying little shits in general. Until I have proof that they're well-behaved and polite, I will automatically avoid a kid. I DESPISE children.

Well, they are. It's up to the parents to teach them NOT to be rude, selfish, annoying little shits. Sadly, more and more parents are neglecting that part of child rearing, due to being rude, selfish, annoying little shits themselves, and as a result they end up raising entitled shitlords. Repeat for next generation.
