Either people who draw rape porn find fat ugly guys easy to identify with, or they think their target audience will have an easier time identifying with fat ugly guys. I'm not sure which.

Lots of heterosexual porn has ugly, overweight men. I don't think it's to identify with them so much as to put the whole focus on the woman.

I think it's changing, but you'll still be hard-pressed to find heterosexual porn where both actors are hot. It's just that most het porn is made for men, so maybe a beautiful guy makes the male viewer uncomfortable or insecure? I think that's why that James Dean guy was so popular and seen as super feminist, because he was so hot (at least until the sexual assault accusations)

As for rape scenarios in porn, I guess the sexiness comes from how nasty and depraved it is. I don't get it myself, but since it's all about the woman being overpowered and humiliated, not actually about the man, there you have it.

Hmm, idk. I wouldn't say he's my type, but he was good looking enough and he had a nice, fit body. Good eyes, thick hair. He looked more on par with gay porn actors (who are conspicuously attractive compared to het actors). It probably is a matter of comparison.
