I enjoy the children's scenes. But NPH's are all so cringeworthy. I'm hoping that's just what the character's supposed to be like... or at least that's how I'm going to attribute it.

I just find the kids didn't have the same charm as the movie kids, and while I liked Patrick Warburton, I found that I couldn't separate NPH from Count Olaf. I just kept seeing NPH.

I'm probably in the minority (and probably because I never read the books), but I actually enjoyed the movie, and I preferred Jim Carrey's Count to NPH.
