23 - I actually find random penises rather comical, which is why visual porn does nothing for me. However, in the context of a person you know and associating penises with erotic feelings, they can be quite nice and not ugly at all. But, of course, that's all in the context of sex or foreplay - the anticipation of the feelings to come, I suppose.
