HEAR, HEAR! :D I mean, when there's not only plenty of fic for the OP's pairing, but serious AND well-written Kira x Light, I think the fandom is open to new things, yanno? Just stay clear of the pairing-centered communities and all is well :3

Also, @speaky_bean: what's your ridiculous crack pairing? I don't care how outlandish it is, DAMNIT I'M CURIOUS. (And I sorta ship some fucking ludicrous things too and I want to know if we have that in common xD)

Well, I'm writing an L/Sachiko WIP, and that's one of my favorite pairings. XD; I also really like Mello/L, but that's only semi-crack. And Mikami/Light, which is even less crack. For UBER-CRACK NOT SERIOUS AT ALL, I like L/Aizawa's Afro and Madhouse/Light's nose.

What do you like? :D

L/Sachiko, eh? XD I've seen fanart of it, but only the cutesy side. Mello/L is one of my favorites too, so is Mello/Hal, but yeah, semi-crack. And even though I'm not into yuri at all, thanks to a CL_DN "discussion" I sorta ship Wedy/Hal and Naomi/Hal e3e The reason I mentioned Kira/Light is because...well...yeah 8D
Also L/Matt, Matt/Hal (she's sorta like my shipping bicycle, rofl), and of course Mello/Matt and any genderswitch version thereof. The fact that I ship them doesn't mean I wanna see porn, I just...ship them xD; And my super-crack is of course Near/Transformers, L/cake, and Mello/giant Swiss Roll cake. ♥

Hee, yeah I kind of like Sachiko/Mikami's mom, too, though I'm not a huge yuri fan either. Sachiko is my bicycle.

And...you've seen L/Sachiko fanart? Where? Links please! I've seen a very small amount, but not much, I've never really seen anything except what I've written. D: And I loves that pairing some good. Mello/Halle isn't really crack, I don't think--if you can make a case for it without having to REALLY bend things, I don't think it's crack. They interact! He sees her naked! XD;

I've seen it, but I didn't save it, I'm sorry! :< It was in a post at

capslock_dn, there was a whole section of a website where L goes around kissing people on the cheek, and the section with Sachiko was really big, and L was helping her out with chores and things :3 I've never read any of it though (I don't look for much anymore, I just read what's linked to me ^^;) The only reason I consider Mello/Hal crack at all is because I'm not usually interested in porn with a straight pairing, but I want to see them get it on, rofl, and also Mello/Matt is my OTP and so many people think it's weird to like people in your OTP with others ._.'
lol really long explanation, sorry.

And I totally forgot to include Mello/anaconda and L/giant flower. Seriously, that shit's awesome. I have a stupidly sick desire to see Sidoh/Mello as well, rofl (or anything with Mello involved, he's my FANCY bicycle.)
