Nah, you're wrong on that account. Kuragehime has some of my favorite female character design and there's probably like one or two characters who could be called attractive.

Mob's fanbase is pretty fujoshi regardless so dunno where you're getting your facts.

Kuragehime has deliberately unattractive character designs for some of the characters, but the art itself isn't ugly. There's a difference, and it results in Kuragehime being overall a nice looking series, even including those characters.
