I see a difference between the two, but...I don't really make assumptions or draw a distinction when people are talking about it, if that makes sense. If someone says, "so-and-so is attractive," or asks me if so-and-so is attractive, then if so-and-so is either aesthetically or sexually attractive to me, I'll agree/say "yes."

Granted, if pressed for details, I might say something like, "I wouldn't fuck them, but they're pretty."
