Personally, I found him most attractive in S1 of Sherlock. I have a thing for pretty, slender, pale men with hair that's long enough to have some real movement to it.
Also, it's always been really strange to me how different he looks in profile, versus head on. Head on I find him...kind of good looking but also pretty weird looking...while in profile I just find him so beautiful.
