Allura does have good reason to not trust Galra at all given what we've seen in canon, but at the same time the sudden extreme distrust of Keith came off as a little contrived, she'd been working with him prior to that point and knew he was on their side that, and he thought he was human so it's not like he was a secret Galra faking being human the whole time.

I think that they were going for a similar thing with Katara and Zuko in ATLA but since Keith was always on the good side it didn't work quite the same for me.
