Sorry, but I can't believe she was written in the beginning with the intent of being anything but annoying. Most of her scenes, she's not portrayed positively, just complaining. You could say she's justified, but when you make a character that complains and nags all the time, you can't be surprised when no one likes them.

And for the record, I do like Skyler for how she's developed later on. But she truly is awful in the beginning, and I blame the writers for intentionally writing her that way.
