hahaha, it's kate bush! she is absolutely amazing, though most of her videos are super-crazy like that with like, low-budget backgrounds (or in some cases, no backgrounds (http://youtube.com/watch?v=xz07Hf5htfY)) and her dancing (http://youtube.com/watch?v=_BZsXVf6INc) around (http://youtube.com/watch?v=AJc64xncBt4) like a crazy person.
