What counts as fast food? I'll begrudgingly eat at Subway if there's no other option...

I kind of like the Salad Loop (at least when there's a nice location). I haven't actually eaten any stereotypical "fast food" (Burger King, Wendy's, etc) in over 10 years, but I have eaten food that is considered takeaway.
