ahhh, those memories come later for me than the earlier ones but I got lost in a store once or twice and that is SO fucking scary as a kid. D:

It is funny looking back because the store was not even that big!

even "big" stores now are not that big to me anymore! But I can see it happening in a small store too. I mean, the aisles are REALLY tall if you're a kid, and losing sight of your parent (or other responsible adult) and having no idea where you are...it's panic-inducing. man.
