One of my favorite fanfics ever, in any fandom, is Ill Met by Starlight, which takes some of the series's OTHER disturbing implications to their logical concyusions. That's what fanfiction is for, and it's fun. Doesn't change the fact that canon takes these things about as seriously as the average Wile E. Coyote short though.
