I'm also of the opinion that Cloud is bi, mainly due to the potential to date Barret, but the whole Wallmarket thing reads like he sort of is more or less acclimated to a gay nightlife district and the culture that goes with that (crossdressing, sex, etc). Though, even if he is bi, that doesn't really explain it, because where would he have had experience in that sort of thing? There's not exactly many time gaps to account for, unless, say, crossdressing has long been a secret hobby and he's had sex with a few guys in the past.

Well, who knows.
