Why do almost all of Trump's people look so old and have such bad skin (aside from trump himself, look at Kellyanne Conway and Steve Bannon)

In his mind, he probably wants to be the "best looking" on in office.

Evil makes you ugly on the inside and the outside.

That means you're the ugliest person in the universe.

Aren't they actually old? I mean that would explain why they look it.

Yeah, but his crew are by no means aging gracefully.

Being in the public eye so much makes it harder to get the recommended dose of children's souls you need to keep your undead body alive.

You know that if anyone was going to turn out to be a hormagaunt, it would be Trump.

It's because they're so corrupt on the inside that it spills out through their face. Never, ever trust an ugly person.

Tanning booths?

This is probably the honest answer. Just look at how orange Spicer has been getting.

Taste & style is one of the major cleavages in American politics and society - or, at least, is a major surface indicator of some other major cleavage.

They were too busy being awful and evil to moisturize or put on sunscreen once in their goddamn miserable lives

(seriously though, moisturizing and sunscreen does so much keeping your skin looking good as you age)

Now, see, given Trump's colossal vanity, I would have expected him and his cohorts to be meticulous about things like that.

A lot of the sun safety stuff wasn't really pushed (and I'm not sure they believe in it still, because, you know, it has to do with the environment and science). And if you have enough money and you want to be seen, you vacation in sunny climes and are out on the beach (ski vacations can also be pretty bad for skin damage because you can get windburn and UV rays, especially if it's clear).

Your feelings about a person's personality do affect your perception of their physical attractiveness. When I really think about it, the women I know who are around Conway's age or older, like my Mom and my aunts and my boss and my landlady, are not universally more attractive or aging more gracefully than Conway (although some are), but I like all those women so I see them as being more appealing-looking.

That said, I feel like Conway could use some hair/makeup/fashion help. She comes across as if she's still styling herself as she did when she was 30 and it just doesn't fit her age or occupation.

I don't think Kellyanne has bad skin, particularly, but I would say she straight-up looks like a cartoon witch. I don't really like shitting on people's looks, especially women, but I swear it is nuts

I'm pretty sure that Kellyanne has recently developed some kind of facial paralysis. Bell's Palsy or botched Botox could be culprits.
