I've started tracking my food by way of photos hoping it'll be less frustrating than using apps like myfitnespal and fitbit and give me an at-a-glance look at the highs and lows of my diet. Downside: I'm now the jackass taking pictures of their food.

Also: I had a really bad workout last night. Couldn't get my heart rate up and one of my legs inexplicably felt like it was about to fall off from being so tired even though I'd done nothing different. And today I was walking and all f a sudden th metatarsals in the opposite foot started screaming bloody murder and I had to limp my way out of the restaurant.

Basically it hasn't been a good two days.
