Fandom Trends

Do you think it possible to move fandom to DW and back to a LJ style community? Or is the trend for fandom always to go forward, never back, and the community and journal style is dead and gone forever.

What do you think the next trend or platform will be?

I've seen some people talk a lot about Imzy being the next fandom space. I've got an account but just can't seem to get into it.

We sorta were hoping and trying that around the time that LJ basically "died." And it didn't really stick. Then Tumblr came out and that cemented it.

I HOPE IMZY can be the new place, but it SERIOUSLY needs to allow for more individual blog customization before I think it can really take off. And get out of Beta on top of that.
