Realistic reactions doesn't always make for a good movie-watching experience, though.

I mean, imagine watching the Avengers where Tony ends up splattered paste inside his suit the first time he lands, everyone is deaf from the constant explosions, and someone pisses or shits themselves or starts weeping uncontrollably at least once every five minutes due to the extreme stress and terror of supervillain hyper-battles.

(I didn't mind the endless screaming from this girl the first time I watched the movie, but the second time... Jesus Christ it's AWFUL.)
